Vincent Bradley is the Chief Executive Officer of Advantia Health, leading the company on its mission to transform healthcare for all women. A veteran executive, he has over twenty years of experience scaling successful healthcare organizations and incorporating quality and convenience into the consumer experience.

Over the course of his career, Vincent has served as Divisional Vice President at Take Care Health Systems (now Premise Health), the premier provider of employer-based healthcare services. He was also President and CEO of Banfield Pet Hospital, the world’s largest veterinary practice with more than 1,000 hospitals and over 4,000 doctors, and he founded and served as CEO at Heart + Paw, a multi-site veterinary practice focused on a modern, integrated and digitally enabled experience for pet owners. Vincent is recognized throughout the healthcare community for being a transparent communicator, building great teams, and leading with both passion and purpose.

Vincent holds a BA in International Studies from Miami University and a Master’s in Education from Harvard University. In addition to his role as CEO, Vincent serves on Advantia’s board of directors.
