Angela Wayne is the Chief Executive Officer of Advantia Health, leading operational strategy and execution, to ensure every woman has access to excellent healthcare. A seasoned healthcare executive, Angela has over 25 years of physician practice and healthcare system experience, having successfully scaled and transformed organizations both in size and care delivery models. She is passionate about finding opportunities where superior patient experience and clinical outcomes intersect with greater efficiency and higher overall value.
Over the course of Angela’s career, she has led both primary care and dermatology organizations to grow significantly in size and scope. Immediately prior to joining Advantia, Angela was the Chief Operating Officer at APDerm, a leading network of dermatology practices to triple in size in 3 years. Prior to that, she led the development of the primary care network for Beth Israel Deaconess (now Beth Israel Lahey Health), in New England, growing from 10 to 42 practices, while moving from fee for service to value based care.
Angela holds a BA in Business Management from Boston College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
