At Advantia Health, we’re constantly looking for ways to make your experience with our practices easier, more efficient and more seamless.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launches of a new, consolidated Patient Portal and a new system for interacting with us online for our Mid-Atlantic practices. These changes will be rolled out over the next three months; please scroll down to see your practice’s tentative launch date. You will receive more detailed communications from your practice as that date approaches.

What this Means for You

For our existing patients, you will notice that appointment confirmations, reminders, feedback requests, and your check-in process will all be more streamlined and integrated. If you interact with more than one practice, you will be able to access all your information in one centralized location.

IMPORTANT: You will need to register with our new Patient Portal to book appointments with your trusted Advantia providers, review and pay new billing statements, message providers for non-emergency matters, and access information related to appointments after the launch date.

You will receive communications with the link to the new portal so that you register when ready for use.

Please note, you will still have access to all your previous health records, messages and billing activity (including payment plans) in your current Patient Portal. We will maintain and make them available to you through our practice websites. Once you have registered with the new portal, you can choose to link your old portal and new ones for your convenience.

For new patients, we have updated the online booking tool to help improve and ease that experience and have centralized practice communications in one platform. You will enjoy one new Portal for all practices and providers.

Thank you for trusting Advantia! We are excited to introduce tools that make it easier to access information related to your care.
