I have struggled to find someone as amazing as Dr. Tissier after he retired years ago. I just found his replacement in Marla Smith! From her superb, friendly office staff to her sincere, caring demeanor, I cannot brag enough on this practice in Waterloo! I no longer dread going to the OB-GYN and are grateful to have finally found someone I can trust and who I feel actually gives a crap! Thank you!
