I guess it’s been a couple of decades now since I first met Dr. Bishop. I chose him after a lackluster consult with another doctor whom I can’t recall now. If I were completely honest I chose him because of his name. It sounded solid. Maybe that’s not the best reason to pick a doctor, but times being what they were, I was knew in town, it worked for me and it turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve ever made for my health.

As a patient, I’ve had the privilege of seeing Dr. Bishop almost since he opened his practice. He is exceptional—skilled, intelligent, caring, and approachable. He takes the time to listen, he always remembers me, and he remembers the details of my health. I admire that he still looks into the latest research if something comes up, rather than relying only on vast experience, and he’s not afraid to say when he doesn’t know something. That honesty, combined with his depth of knowledge, makes him an outstanding physician.
