Katherine is a warm and compassionate, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience supporting patients through all stages of life. She began her healthcare journey in the intensive care unit, building a strong foundation in acute critical care, before discovering her passion in women’s health.
Katherine’s time as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Sibley Memorial Hospital shaped her deep understanding of the birthing process—not just clinically, but emotionally and physically. Katherine has supported countless women through labor and birth, and she brings that same calm, confident presence to every patient she sees. She understands that pregnancy and childbirth are deeply personal experiences, and she is committed to providing care that is both empowering and grounded in trust.
At Liv, Katherine creates a supportive, judgment-free space where you can ask questions, share concerns, and feel fully seen. Outside the clinic, Katherine enjoys life in Washington, DC, with her husband Tony, their two young sons, and their two little dogs. Katherine’s life is busy and full of joy and she brings that same energy into her work with patients every day.
