Nitronox
Nitronox or Nitrous Oxide, also known as “laughing gas,” is a safe and effective inhaled system that provides medical nitrous oxide and oxygen through a small mask that fits over your nose and mouth. Our demand flow technology delivers the gas mixture only when you inhale, helping you feel more comfortable and relaxed.
This service is available at Heartland Women’s Healthcare of Advantia, Shiloh and must be scheduled in advance to guarantee availability. Please note that Nitronox is not covered by insurance. Prescription Medication
Please feel free to talk to your provider if you are interested in prescription medication prior to a scheduled procedure. They will be happy to discuss this option with you and find the best solution tailored to your needs for effective pain relief.
