Mary Langowski is a nationally known executive with a successful track record creating and driving some of the most innovative new models in the health sector. She leverages market and public sector expertise to grow top-line revenue, drive new market opportunities and build successful organizations and new business models. She is currently the CEO of Rising Tide, LLC, a boutique consultancy working with leading health care and retail companies driving change in the health care marketplace.

As EVP/Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at CVS Health, Langowski helped facilitate and lead the organization’s evolution to a healthcare company, managed its growth strategy and led the foundational work for the Aetna acquisition, as well as key aspects of its execution. She developed and launched initiatives to grow and transform the business, including in consumer engagement and diabetes.

Langowski spent a decade building and running successful multi-million dollar consulting businesses working with C-suites of start-ups, Fortune 500 organizations and investors in the health and food sectors on their most critical business issues. She quarterbacked successful high stakes domestic and global initiatives for companies, including leading food security initiatives in Africa, creating new Medicare and Medicaid payment models that enable health care innovation and value-based payment, and leading growth and positioning initiatives with blue chip companies.

Langowski has served in both state and federal government in senior positions. She serves on the boards of Advantia Health, BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy, and Solera Health.
