Albert C. Simmonds, MD, FACOG

Albert Simmonds, MD is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist with more than 35 years of experience in the medical field.  He graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Georgetown University Medical Center. Dr. Simmonds has extensive experience with pregnancy care, including specialized care for high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic conditions such as uterine fibroids, abnormal bleeding and urinary tract infections, and birth control counseling and long-term birth control such as IUDs.
