Rochelle V. Johns, MD

Rochelle V. Johns, MD, is a board-eligible OBGYN who earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OBGYN residency at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx, in New York City. She holds certifications in laparoscopic surgery and basic life support.

Dr. Johns is passionate about women’s health and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of medicine, she values balance and connection. In her free time, Dr. Johns enjoys traveling, fitness, and quality time with loved ones, including her playful toy Goldendoodle. One of her most memorable adventures so far has been attending the Olympic Games in Paris, blending her love of exploration and celebration. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Diaper Bank, supporting families in need across the region.

Dr. Johns supports deliveries for Simmonds, Martin & Helmbrecht at Frederick Health Hospital.
