Kathleen M. Gotzmann, MD, FACOG

Dr. Kathy Gotzmann graduated from Hahnemann University Medical School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The Medical College of Ohio, located in Toledo and is board certified in the specialty.

A Baltimore native, Dr. Gotzmann moved back into the area after serving four years in the United States Army at Ft. Drum, in New York. She joined Susquehanna OBGYN in Bel Air and Havre de Grace, Maryland in 2001. Dr. Gotzmann has a special interest in contraceptive counseling, as well as quality and safety in obstetrics. She is a leader in regional healthcare who recently served as the Chair of the Department of OBGYN at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. She is also involved in Maryland’s Regional Perinatal Collaborative, concentrating on safety and quality improvement for obstetrical patients throughout the state.

Dr. Gotzmann lives with her husband and two daughters in Bel Air, Maryland. Her hobbies include gourmet cooking, reading, and outdoor activities.
