Advantia Health No Show Policy
Thank you for trusting Advantia Health with your medical care. When you schedule an appointment with Advantia Health, we set aside enough time to dedicate to you superior quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible, and no later than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. Please see our no-show Appointment Cancellation/No-Show policy below:
- Effective April 22nd 2024, any established patient who fails to cancel or reschedule an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 business hours notice, will be considered a No-Show and will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
- Any established patient who fails to show or cancel or reschedule an appointment with no 24 business hour notice a second time, will be subject to a $50.00 fee.
- If a third no-show/late cancellation/reschedule with no 24 business hour notice should occur, the patient may be dismissed from Advantia Health. You will not be able to schedule another appointment after 1 year.
- Any new patient who fails to show for 3 consecutive visits will not be rescheduled. You will be eligible to schedule after 1 year.
- The fee is charged to the patient and not the insurance company, and will be due at the time of the patient’s next office visit.
- As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders via call, text or email. If you do not receive a reminder call, message or email, the above Policy will remain in effect.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please contact our office manager who may be able to waive the No-Show fee. You may contact your medical office during regular business hours. Should it be after regular office hours, Monday through Friday and on weekends, you may leave a message.
