Advantia Health, a fast growing healthcare company focused on women and their role as ‘chief medical officer’ of the family announced today that it has expanded its services into primary care and added significant value-based contracting expertise with the acquisition of Comprehensive Women’s Health (CWH), an internal medicine practice designed for women. With the acquisition, the fast growing company adds two new office locations and adds a physician leader with significant expertise and success in value based contracting and population health. Comprehensive Women’s Health is one of the pioneering participants in Maryland’s Multi-Payer Patient Centered Medical Home Program. CWH’s founder, Dr. Angela Marshall previously co-founded a successful accountable care organization.

All the physicians are board certified and experienced in treating a variety of illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity.
