I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), trauma therapist, and mom to two miracle IVF-conceived kids — one of whom is a triple rainbow baby. I specialize in helping people through fertility journeys, pregnancy loss, postpartum transitions, trauma recovery, and the complex emotional realities of parenting. I also support neurodivergent folks, couples navigating relationship stress, and those managing the pressure of “keeping it all together.”

Whether you’re adjusting to pregnancy, life after baby, managing women's health issues, grieving a loss, feeling lost in the fertility process, or just trying to find yourself again — I’m here to help you slow down, tune in, and feel more like you again. I bring a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens to our work — blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts-work, and emotion-focused approaches. More than any model, I believe healing happens in an authentic relationship where you feel truly seen and supported.

I live in the DMV and juggle parenting, marriage, pets, and this wild and meaningful work — so I understand the chaos and tenderness of life here. I take my own self-care seriously (with overpriced massages, early bedtime, and corny jokes) and value honesty, humor, and human-ness in and out of the therapy space.
