Brandie Kalinowski is the Chief People Officer at Advantia Health, where she and her team focus on recruiting, engaging, developing, and retaining a highly skilled and motivated workforce. She also collaborates with the broader leadership team to ensure the company’s people strategies are fair, competitive, innovative, and aligned with the broader business strategy and the goal of equipping Advantia, and its employees, for continued success and growth.

Prior to joining Advantia Health, Brandie held roles as the VP of People & Culture at DivvyCloud and the Global Head of People Operations at Etsy. With these organizations, she led efforts to redesign performance strategies and develop, refine, and implement more strategic operational practices and cultural alignment across talent programs.

During her time as an in-house leader, and in her prior experience as a consultant, Brandie has worked with companies and stakeholders across various industries; in the publicly traded, private, and non-profit spaces; and across the US, Europe, and Asia. 

Brandie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her MBA from the George Washington University, in Washington DC.
