This role will serve as legal officer to the organization and its subsidiaries/affiliates; provide advice and counsel to the organization on all legal matters; provide legal assistance to local and remote offices; provide leadership and strategic advice in areas of the organization’s activities with a legal nexus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- General corporate work; mergers and acquisitions
- Conduct research regarding healthcare law and other issues relevant to the organization’s needs
- Counsel management and healthcare providers on broad range of issues
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including employment and vendor contracts
- Assist in drafting company policies and procedures
- Work closely with outside counsel on various matters
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of four to six years of legal experience is preferred
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal research databases (Lexis-Nexis, etc.)
